Brewing: Los Campesinos!
The Welsh band Los Campesinos! is set for their third album release early next year. The seven piece band comprised of students from Cardiff University in Wales made quite a splash in 2008 with two album releases topping a number of the year's best album lists. They recorded the new album Romance Is Boring between March and June of this year with producer John Goodmanson (Nada Surf, Sleater-Kinney), who they worked with on their second album We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed. The new album features guest appearances from Jamie Stewart (Xiu Xiu), Zack Pennington (Parenthetical Girls), and Jherek Bischoff (Dead Science). The album is set for release January 26th on Arts & Crafts in North America and February 1st in the UK on Wichita Recordings. The cover art (we're not sure who's legs have the "boo boo"), track list, and first single are posted below.
